2. Description of Service

Connatra Scanner provides AI-powered text analysis and plagiarism detection services. We offer usage-based pricing where users purchase credits to perform scans.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased on a prepaid basis.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.

5. Content and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Documents submitted for scanning are processed in memory and are not used to train our AI models or shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., matching against web indexes).

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Connatra Scanner, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
